The Starduster Too was designed by Lou Stolp in the 1960's. He used many ideas from the classic biplanes of the 1930's and incorporated modern ideas and materials to create a classic and very beautiful aeroplane.
The aeroplane is powered by a 200 H.P. Lycoming engine. This is a four cylinder, horizontally opposed, air-cooled unit. The aeroplane has an inverted fuel and oil system which keeps it powered while flying upside down. There is a seperate system which supplies smoke for the displays.

The replacement cost of the aeroplane is approximately £40,000.
